Meet the Team!

We have everything that you need from the right provider of cleaning equipment. Our team consists of:

  • A dedicated team of sales and hire support based at our Northern England headquarters, who deal with customers first-hand
  • A team of highly-skilled engineers who service and maintain customers’ sweepers, scrubber driers and floor machines alongside our hire fleet
  • A team of mobile engineers who operate from a fleet of tracked vehicles to ensure fast response times.

We have a fleet of vehicles that ensure a rapid fix for your sweepers, scrubber driers and floor machines thanks to their comprehensive stock of parts. We also have support systems that have been coordinated with the latest computer technology to ensure that the service that you receive is as fast and efficient as possible.

Our engineers, meanwhile, attend and receive ongoing manufacturer training. This keeps them fully up to date with any new products, designs or modifications, which means that they can provide you with better advice on the best available cleaning equipment parts – whether you own a sweeper, scrubber or other piece of equipment.

We are also an Accredited Member of the Safe Contractor Scheme and Member of CHAPS, CPA, BICSc, RHA, ISSA, FLTA.

Our Technology 

In addition to our accountancy software, we use an asset management system called inspHire. This allows us to keep accurate service and repair history relating to all sweepers, scrubber driers and floor machines that we have either sold or that operate within our hire fleet.

The software also allows us to provide accurate information on all costs, all parts fitted and work carried out on a particular sweeper or scrubber dryer, as well as the time that our engineers have spent on site or in the workshop on a machine. 

In addition:

  • Our fleet of delivery and service vehicles is run on an advanced tracking system that optimizes resources and response times.
  • 95% of parts and consumables for all of our sweepers, scrubber dryers and floor machines are stocked at our head office ready for immediate dispatch
  • A range of advanced cleaning chemicals are also available to complement our equipment.

Our Training

Full certified operator training is carried out on installation of all sweepers, scrubber driers and floor machines. 

We also provide ongoing operator training on request. We believe that this is the key to: 

  • Maximising productivity
  • Lowering running costs
  • Increasing health and safety awareness
  • Preventing accidents

Engineer training is also available at our head office or on site, should you wish your own engineers to carry out the maintenance work on your cleaning equipment, with technical support also available to them from our own engineering department.
