Brushes for sweepers
All ride on and walk behind sweepers have standard bristle side brooms for flicking debris into the path of the main broom.
There are two sweeper main type brooms, one has slightly larger gaps between the bristles which means they are good for light dust and debris. The other has a much higher number of bristles which is designed for sites that have high levels of dust as the extra bristles help lift and contain the dust in the sweeping process.
Brushes for scrubber dryers
Scrubber dryers have three options that are suitable.
Nylon
Nylon bristles are ideal for everyday cleaning and have excellent brush life. They are especially good on factory floors that present chemical, oil or lubricant residue. Nylons also performs well on rough surfaces as the bristles flex into any ridges or gaps, pulling the dirt out. The durability of nylons also means less maintenance and less frequent replacement.
Due to being a more flexible material, nylon is longer lasting in scrubbing applications and won’t damage any type of floor surface.
Tynex
Tynex brushes are very aggressive and great for floor cleaning applications that require a deeper clean with more stubborn marks and dirt present. Tynex brushes are made of carbon and have stiff bristles that don’t bend.
Pad drivers
Pad drivers allow you to put various colour pads on. The pads range from red (soft pad for painted surfaces) to black, which is a more abrasive pad for removing tyre marks and stains from warehouses and factory floors.
