It removes the admin, downtime and maintenance burden that comes with managing cleaning machines. We supply, maintain and keep them up-to-date them for a predictable monthly fee, freeing your team to focus on clients.

Flexi+ includes replacement consumables such as brushes and squeegee blades for a small increase in the monthly fee. This cuts down on admin by removing the need for separate service POs and gives a much higher first-fix rate due to our ability just to get on and do the work as authorisation isn’t required, it’s already covered.

It is particularly well suited to FM providers who know that with large fleets, the hassle of chasing spares and raising POs is massively time consuming – at SRS we eliminate this problem all together, you just focus on the clean.

Yes. We help FM providers design a fleet specification, making familiarisation, compliance and performance simpler and consistent across your contracts.

Every hire includes full, rapid service and breakdown cover (excludes negligent damage) via our national service team.

Our regional engineers repair issues quickly on-site or our logistics team are on-hand to provide a replacement to minimise disruption if required.

Absolutely. Our Short-Term Rental option is ideal for site start-ups, contract transitions or temporary increases in cleaning demand.

If it’s an SRS-supplied or supported model, yes, our service team can maintain and repair it to the same standards as our hire fleet.

However, for brands or models we don’t supply, we unfortunately can’t help. We focus on supported machines to ensure reliability and service consistency.
