Short-Term Rental

Our short-term hire service covers anything from a few days up to around six months, depending on your needs. There is a minimum hire charge of 1 week, and the longer you need it for, the more cost effective it becomes. This gives you the flexibility to keep the machine as long as required without long-term commitment.

If you do have an ongoing long-term hire need, that’s exactly what our fully managed SRS Flexi-Hire model is built for.

We supply heavy-duty industrial scrubber dryers and sweepers, suitable for warehouses, factories and logistics environments. The same models used in our Flexi-Hire fleet are available on a short-term basis.

Yes. All deliveries and collections are handled by our own logistics team using our national fleet of vehicles. We deliver anywhere in the UK (subject to enquiry).

Our regional engineers respond quickly to breakdowns and aim to complete first-time fixes on site. If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace the machine like for like to keep you running.

Yes. Every machine is supplied fully serviced and tested. If your hire runs long enough to reach a maintenance interval, that service visit is included at no additional cost.

SRS provides thorough machine familiarisation on all deliveries to ensure operatives understand the correct operation and functions of the equipment.

On request, we can provide Familiarisation Certificates for operatives who have been shown through the controls and operation process. Additional familiarisation sessions and supporting materials such as manuals and operating procedures are also available if required.

We understand that accidents can happen in busy industrial environments. Fair wear and tear are always covered, but damage caused by misuse or negligence will be chargeable. We operate a fair and open damage policy. Issues are discussed transparently with the aim of preventing repeat occurrences and keeping operations running safely.

Our focus is on delivering solid cleaning outcomes, and with repeat business at the heart of what we do, hammering customers with excess damage charges doesn’t serve any of us well.

Yes, transport charges apply for short-term rentals. Rates are location dependent and will be confirmed during your quotation, but with deliveries taking place across the UK every day, we often have routes nearby – keeping our transport costs highly competitive.

If you decide you’d like to keep your machine beyond the short-term hire period, we can easily extend, upgrade and adjust rates to our SRS Flexi-Hire model or discuss purchase costs for an equivalent unit. Many of our customers start with short-term rental and later move to a longer-term or ownership option. We’ll make sure it’s simple and cost-effective either way.
