Avoid fixed lengthy contracts or tie ins, instead enjoy a casual hire arrangement whereby you have access to the latest in cleaning technology all for a simple monthly fee. This avoids the need for significant upfront capital outlay and allows you to keep tight control of your spending, leaving depreciation and maintenance burdens to us.
The best bit? If at any point it’s not working for you, you can upgrade, downsize or even off-hire all via your dedicated account manager and without penalty. Of course we hope you stay around for a while, but we understand that the needs of a business regularly adjust and SRS flexi-hire ensures you’re not stuck with kit that no longer serves the intended purpose.
Why Outright Purchase May Not Be Cost Effective
While owning equipment can be a long-term investment, it can also come with substantial downsides if it isn’t well maintained. The job of a cleaning machine involves working tirelessly in environments that will often be corrosive and dirty, this means that they are more susceptible to breakdowns and issues than standard plant. A major benefit to flexi-hire is that the asset remains in our ownership, therefore it is our remit to keep you cleaning and if we are unable to quickly find a fix on site, we will refresh it like-for-like.
We are also able to action quicker fixes with a high first time fix rate as for standard breakdowns there is no need to go back and forth with quotations and authorisations, most work is covered within the hire. In the case of purchase, by comparison, any non warranty work carries charges with it, therefore authorisation is required and this can create delays and ultimately extended downtime.
