We supply the equipment, keep it maintained, refresh it periodically and provide rapid support whenever required.

It is designed for long term operational needs but without fixed end dates, penalties or rigid lease style commitments. You can upsize, downsize or off-hire whenever your requirements change. Flexi+ is the enhanced version of SRS Flexi-Hire that includes consumable wear parts such as brushes and squeegee blades. This removes the last remaining variable cost associated with cleaning machines.

With Flexi+ you no longer need to place separate orders for wear parts or hold spares on site. Everything is covered for a small uplift in your monthly rate, which also allows our engineering team to work on an “if it needs it, it gets fit” basis without waiting for approvals or purchase orders. It keeps your machines performing at their best and gives you a completely hands off fleet with absolute cost certainty.

We specialise exclusively in heavy duty industrial cleaning equipment. Our range includes:

We do not supply domestic machines or large road legal sweepers. Our focus is the industrial middle ground used in warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, food production and other demanding environments. This focused range allows our team to build deep product knowledge, stock the right parts and achieve consistently high first fix rates.

If a machine stops working, we handle everything from call to fix. Our engineers aim to repair on-site quickly and, if that is not possible, we quickly deliver a like-for-like replacement to keep your operation moving. Servicing, standard repairs, swap-outs and periodic refreshment are all included in your monthly fee.

We operate a fair and sensible damage policy. Normal wear and tear is expected. Only clear damage, recurring misuse or neglect may result in a charge, and we are always transparent and reasonable. Our priority is keeping your sites clean and supported, not issuing penalties. Our strongest partnerships have always been built on trust.

SRS provides thorough machine familiarisation on all deliveries to ensure operatives understand the correct operation and functions of the equipment.

On request, we can provide Familiarisation Certificates for operatives who have been shown through the controls and operation process. Additional familiarisation sessions and supporting materials such as manuals and operating procedures are also available if required.

Yes. SRS Flexi-Hire is built to flex with your operation. Whether you run a single busy site or a nationwide network, we scale support to match your requirements. If you need extra machines, a different size of unit or support for a new location, we mobilise quickly. If a machine is no longer required, we collect it without penalties or complications.

No. There are no usage caps with SRS Flexi-Hire. Your machine is there to be used as much as your operation requires, exactly as if it were your own.
